Product Information and Pricing

rushdeal Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. Should an error occur in product information, pricing, or availability, rushdeal Store may correct that error and cancel any orders placed on the basis of the incorrect information, at no cost to you. For goods with natural variability — such as handmade items or products made from natural materials — minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product details and warnings are supplied for reference purposes only; rushdeal Store cannot warrant that products are free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ depending on your delivery zone, pickup location, and chosen time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order is contingent on product availability and acceptance by rushdeal Store. rushdeal Store may decline or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these Terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched or made available for pickup, unless rushdeal Store agrees otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your selected delivery zone and time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age requirement for purchasing such items in your jurisdiction, and a valid government-issued ID will be required upon delivery or pickup. If an item in your order is unavailable, rushdeal Store will notify you before dispatch and may offer a suitable substitute or refund the unavailable item, unless you have opted out of substitutions at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content appearing on rushdeal Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "rushdeal Store" name and branding — belongs exclusively to rushdeal Store and is safeguarded by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any rushdeal Store content without our explicit written consent. User Responsibilities

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of rushdeal Store's services shall first be submitted to rushdeal Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on the parties and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

rushdeal Store may update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Should rushdeal Store make material changes to these Terms, it will provide at least 30 days' advance notice by email to the address associated with your account or through a prominent notice on its website.
